I download everyday a number of tweets at 10.00 for 50 mns. Today it has stopped downloading and when I tried to rerun, it was not possible because there were more connections. I also saw that while this was happening the number of tweets downloaded in my dashboard was increasing.
I tried also some minutes later and now it seems to work.

Today is exactly the same: when I try to rerun my downloading of filtered stream that has stopped the message is “This stream is currently at the maximum allowed connection limit.” And the number of tweets is increasing in my dashboard when it is impossible for me to download any tweet,

What code / library are you using to connect? The filter stream isn’t the best thing to use if you only need to connect for 50 minutes every day, the recent search endpoint is better.

If you’re concerned that you’ve leaked your tokens somehow, you can always reset your keys in the developer console.
