I submitted my site for participation in Twitter Cards nearly a month ago and still haven’t heard back. How long does it take to hear back from the twitter team? I thought the form said 5-10 business days. If I was rejected, shouldn’t I have at least heard back?

I submitted my site again, I really hope I get a response this time.
