I seem unable to create a widget for a particular name

I am trying to create a widget using the widgets configurator:

https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/

1. Create New
2. put Conservatives in Username box
3. click blue Create widget button
4. “Unable to update your widget. Please check your inputs: Ensure that usernames exist, measurements are numeric. You can refer to the documentation and developer forums for assistance.”

I tried this with my screen name (redtimmy) and it worked, with @David_Cameron and it worked. Why will it not work with @conservatives?
