I need our API key Whitelisted consumer key so can get the contact emails ids

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Vivek Mahajan PHP Developer and working for my one of client website. We need to use Twitter API to fetch User contact emails. I created an app and i was able to login and fetch followers list user data. But email is not coming.
I saw in twitter app console below permission -
"Additional permissions
These additional permissions require that you provide URLs to your application or service’s privacy policy and terms of service. You can configure these fields in your Application Settings.
Request email address from users "
I have already checked it. After this I am able to get email of my twitter login when i am using it in our site. But not of my contacts. I need email IDs of my twitter contacts.

So our motive is to fetch contact emails and save to our DB. SO when our site user contact will try to signup then it will be automatically added as friend.

So please make our API key Whitelisted consumer key so can get the contact emails ids.

I’m confused by your question, and perhaps our information itself is not clear. Let’s work this out together!

Am I right in understanding that you have a Twitter App; it has a callback URL that works; and you want to get a logged-in user’s email address?

If so, here are the basic steps:

• you should create a Twitter app with a server-side element, and a whitelisted callback URL in the dev dashboard
• you should implement the Sign-in With Twitter flow
• after your user has signed in, you should call the account/verify_credentials endpoint with the ?include_email=true parameter
  • if you do not do this, email will not be returned
  • if you have not reauthenticated your user since updating your app permissions for email access, you will not get an email address

If, as I alternatively read your post, you want to get access to a Twitter user’s address book for email matching; we do not support that use case.

How are you. Thanks for your reply. And Sorry for confusing you. I need to fetch email address of all of my followers list I am getting. Followers List I am getting fine but not email.
So you mean email address in response is not available option in API yet.

Please confirm this.

You can get the email address of a signed in user with the appropriate permissions. You cannot get the email addresses of arbitrary lists of users.
