I need clarification concerning premium level API access

Hi,
Our company uses standard Twitter account to manage our App. Its purpose is to enable users publish Tweets to their news feeds.
Our problem is - we need an interface to manage different levels of access that our dev team-members have to the App. Plus we would like to secure the rights to our App and bind it to our company.
That is supposed to be possible with the help of developer account.
However, it is unclear to us, whether we will be able to provide our services under the developer account limits.
Could you please direct us to the contact to which we could present our user case and that could consult us on this matter?

The developer.twitter.com dashboard has two different roles that you can assign via a Team account:

• Admin
• Developer

The only difference between these two roles is that Admins can create new apps for that developer account whereas Developers cannot.

• can we register prod, dev and stg versions of our App. in the free sandbox version of your Premium API at the same time;
• are we allowed to use free sandbox version of the Twitter Premium API for commercial purposes;
• are there any limitations in comparison to the standard Twitter API access that we could encounter while using premium API (or ANYTHING that works in standard will also work in Premium?).
