I just created a new application, but the keys don't seem to validate just yet. Is there caching?

I am using a php oAuth lib and it works with the accesskeys from another application, but not with my newly created application. It looks like there is a delay (over an hour already) on the keys being generated to actually work. Is this the case?

It shouldn’t be the case. There are some times caching issues once you’ve changed a set of keys or regenerated a “my access token” – but initial app creation and the resultant use of the keys should be near immediate. Are you using the my access token feature or are you going through the OAuth flow with the new keys?
