Their purpose is this:

I lock my account and my follower number is maintained, but if they do that, the number goes up and down even if I lock my account, so number-up isn’t possible.

It might seem like nothing, but it has been 4 years, and when I tweet about this, the show number goes up and down like a maniac.

It is very hard for me. Any solution?

I came knowing this is building apps forums.
I cannot spot the guy so Support can’t help me. I’m stuck.
So I want to way to spot the guy.
Is that too hard to think my intention?
