I have not received verification email

I applied for developer account on twitter and it is stuck on “One More Step…”. I tried several times using the “Resend it now” button, but no email arrived at my inbox. At first, I thought something is blocking emails from twitter, then to test that I used the forgot password option to see whether I receive an email from twitter or not, and it was a success, I received an email within seconds. Please help me out with this problem, I don’t know why email doesn’t come. I read similar problems mentioned on this portal and solution was to check the settings if the email mentioned there is correct. I have checked all that, but still issue is there.

Hi @technowizaard - I’ve not come across this strange behavior before. Have you tried re-submitting an application from scratch and using a different browser?

Could you send a screenshot of the point where you get stuck?

Hi @technowizaard - have you checked your Junk and Spam folders? The email could be going directly to one of these folders, rather than your Inbox.

In addition to Aurelia’s suggestion, please make sure you are checking the proper email inbox. The verification email will deliver to the email address that you had on file when you applied for a developer account.

I used the Resend Button again and this time the email did came, I verified and created the application. Thank you for your responses.
