I have a site that shows tweets for school closures. If 1500 users hit the site to just see the tweet, is that counted against the rate limit of 350 an hour?

This is a public site for a school. We have application that shows the tweets. I’m wondering if the rate limit counts for people checking out the site. We don’t have anything except the tweet (no reply functionality). So if 1500 parents hit our school site, are we going to hit the limit?

It totally depends on how you’ve engineered the bit that shows the tweets. If you make an API call for every page visit, you potentially could exceed that allotment. Are you using authentication for your requests? Are you making them client-side or server-side?
