Can you show me a specific link where the Twitter Cards meta tags exists on your site? there’s nothing on the home page.

You seem to have a Summary card set up on your page but the validator is not seeing it for some reason. I can only assume that the strange code you have before the HTML document may be confusing things, I’m not certain though.

Your first tag twitter:card has a mixture of quotation mark types - you should switch them to simple " rather than ‟

Additionally, you are using an IP address in the twitter:image URL. You’ll need to replace that with a DNS address.

Andy, we’ve made the changes you pointed out and the summary card started working. Thank you for that. However, we are implementing the video cards for that same link instead of the summary and we get this error message. Could you please shed some light on the issue?

Hello, I’m having the same problem with the Twitter Card Validator. It says that it is not whitelisted:
the domain name is http://rolloid.com

And the example link:

Hey, I’ve set up the tags but I get a response WARN: Not Whitelisted. Does it automatically get whitelisted and if so how long does it take? It’s a summary card and I don’t see the “Request Validation” button on the card validator.

Yes, everything except for Player cards will be automatically whitelisted if the markup is correct, there’s no need to Request Validation.

I am trying to get http://dev.inscoop.com/ and https://www.inscoop.com/ whitelisted.

dev.inscoop seems to be working fine now. www.inscoop is denying the crawler via robots.txt

I don’t see a single twitter:card meta tag in your markup. You’ll need to add the right tags to enable cards.

In the validator, I get :

If this is due to the fact that something is missing or broken, the validator could be more explicit.

The reason for this is because you’re using the incorrect tag and you’re missing tags for a summary card.

You’re using twitter:type, when it should be twitter:card. You also need to include twitter:title and twitter:description.

I’m unsure if you’ve modified your site since posting about your problem, but it seems you have no twitter: meta tags on your website, which would be the reason you’re getting the “Not whitelisted” error.

I have looked at both the links you have gave and looked at the source code of those websites and I do not see any Twitter-based meta tags on the pages (front page and also on another page of your sites).

Hi there, thanks for the comments, i installed sumary card and went all ok, but in a couple days it stop working, not whitelisted and all settings where fine. After i clean the cache in prestashop 1.6 all is going smooth againg, then my question is something i sould do often, clean the cache i mean.
