I get the 403 excetion while replay to other ids

403:The request is understood, but it has been refused. An accompanying error message will explain why. This code is used when requests are being denied due to update limits (http://support.twitter.com/forums/10711/entries/15364).

Do you get this error for every direct message you’ve sent using an account with your application, or only after you’ve sent a number of direct messages? While there’s not an API specific rate limit on the creation of direct messages, the Twitter service has user-based limits that throttle the number of direct messages an account can send and you may have hit these.
