I didn’t receive code from my number

can anyone help me? i can’t login to my account @sxptino because there’s is authentication verification order me to send code to my number. i’ve tried sent code by clicking the “send code” but i didn’t receive any code on my number at all. at first i thought it might be delayed but i’ve been waiting for hours and still didn’t get the code. i thought maybe it’s something with my number so i tried to sent sms to my number with another number and it was working. nothing wrong with my number. then i sent application report to twitter and twitter told me to do the step like i did before and still didn’t work. i told twitter that i didn’t receive any code but twitter still not reply my reports until 2 days now. i don’t know what is happening i’m so frustrated because my mutuals think i unfollowed them and they unfollowed me. pls anyone help me out. thank you
