I deleted 3000+ tweets but it says I still have '48 tweets' left yet on my timeline it says you have not tweeted? Can you please fix this?

I deleted over 3000 of my tweets but on my Twitter profile it says I still have 48 tweets but on my timeline it says I haven’t ever tweeted. Can you please fix it so these tweets show and I can delete them or fix the bit that says I have 48 tweets when I don’t?
