Whenever I go to the developer portal page, I get the following message:

I remember submitting an application to the Twitter developer center 3 years ago, but I don’t know why it’s rejected, and what to do to apply again?

Hey,
Just seeing this for myself also. I had a dev account about 3 years ago. When the policy changed I applied using the new application, as it would not log me into the old one. That was about 2 years ago now. I am now trying to re-build our website and cannot even pull tweets without the API key, not to mention the other things we had planned for it.
Can you help?

Also, just found an email, where I chased up my application in 2019, with no response from the team.

Thanks very much @i_am_daniele I run a few different operations that I will need to use the api for. Not a renowned developer or anything, but can’t even build basic things or functionality without this.
