I can't see any networks on the Segment page but I added in all the credentials. What is wrong with my account?

Once you add in the associated credentials to the “Networks” section of your account, make sure to go back to the Segment you would like to use and remove the “status: running” filter that is pre-populated on your account. Once you remove that you will be able to see all the networks you have created with the ad units that are waiting to be enabled. Adding in a CPM value in the box will turn each network green which means that they are ready to go live for that ad unit. If you don’t see the button automatically turn into green, you should go back to that networks page and make sure that specific ad unit has the credentials or values required for that network to have the full info included.
