I can't find my app!

My app (Off The Easel) disappeared from the developer portal. The app is live and works properly but I can’t find it anywhere. The app was created back in 2015 and I might have used Fabric to create it. Please help.

It looks like the @handle that owns that app has been suspended.

I think the most relevant radio button to select when filling out that form will be ‘I need to transfer an API key to another account.’
