I can't access widget to add embedded timelines on my website

I can’t access widget to add embedded timelines to my Artist website it gives me an error when I click on widgets that says Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon. I can access it from my account but not from my Artist account. I’m using google chrome. How can I fix it I’ve been trying for a couple of days

I could on bandzoogle trial account. Then I switched it over and now I can’t either. I’m not sure what happened because I changed the URL correctly. But on Twitter, the widget won’t even preview what’s supposed to be there. I deleted and created new widget, same problem, was it just the timing? It has nothing to do with the url postings because I get that configuration error message as soon as I click to make a new widget…
Well, Twitter didn’t reply on this discussion and it’s been 18 weeks, so I’m going to post this somewhere else to see if my voice will be heard sooner…
