I am trying to parse out tweets from a specific handle that ONLY have a specific hashtag in them and display them in a feed... is this possible?

Using the Search API you can use the from:johnnybegood filter for username, and a hashtag, such as #actionscript from:johnnybegood.

We don’t offer any UI components for Flash development, so you’ll need to use the API directly.
