Is this on the site itself? You may need to use a more traditional URL format on the site itself as a placeholder. Let us know if this style of URL doesn’t work for you when used as an explicit redirect on the oauth/request_token step. Support for UTF-8 in domain names and TLDs can still be a bit spotty.
