Http header based request with uri parameters

1. testing embedded device with http header based oauth request
2. GET method is successful without query parameters. But with query parameters error code 32
3. Twitter api console with query (search) parameter passed. whereas using the same format tested with embedded device. twitter responds with error 32. ex query(https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=chowdary-2200) fails with the embedded device
4. How to pass the query parameters in the uri or oauth header?
5. How to compute the signature with query parameters?
