/v1/users/show.json?screen_name=Telicka for @Telicka returns a profile_banner URL which consistently returns an HTTP 404 error. The same problem is visible on the web version of Twitter so the bug goes deeper than the API.

I’m not able to explain what has happened with that image, it looks like the user would probably need to upload a new one.
