How twitter will notify if Promoted Tweet is disapproved?

I have integrated Ads API and my Ads account is approved. When i created promoted tweets its showing the status as “Running” in Dashboard. My question is

If my Promoted Tweet is under review then what status it will show in Ad manager Dashboard?
How twitter will notify if Promoted Tweet is disapproved or approved?

@AlmontageD: It looks like you’ll want to look at our promoted_tweets documentation. The response includes the approval_status attribute. Possible values include: ACCEPTED, REJECTED, and UNDER_REVIEW.
