I wonder if anyone knows why a large thread is sometimes displayed as individual tweets and start from the last tweet and the tweets of smaller threads always ‘stick together’?
What I mean is this thread:
I would like the thread to be displayed starting from the first tweet but not from the last.
Can anyone guide me here? Is there anything to read on this topic?

I think this is a UI bug maybe - the API response should still be the same, unless that’s how the user tweeted the thread manually

You can’t change how twitter will display tweet threads in the timeline, but you can make sure your thread is correct: tweet the first tweet, then reply to it, and then make sure to always reply to the last reply in a chain, never reply to the original 1st tweet again. This way the thread will be rendered properly and in order.
