The data is uploaded and stored after being encrypted to ensure that user privacy is maintained, and secondly we only target a partial set of the data upload because of policy (we only target recently active users) - this is another reason I don’t believe it’s possible to download “the actual audience being targeted” later.
If you just need to refer to the original audience uploaded, you should maintain a local copy of it somewhere before it is hashed and uploaded.
