How to use until in search api? Grabbing first ID of September

Howdy!

So I’m trying to find the id for the first #election2012 tweets since September 1st. I figured the best way would be to use Until and grab the ID of the final tweet on 08-31 and adding 1 to the ID.

What’s up with until though? Doesn’t seem to be working…

You’re using until correctly, but the search index only goes back a about a week – you can’t use the Search service to investigate tweets as far back as September 1st now.
