How to use the Twitter api to fetch limited number of Tweets in a webpage

Hi! I am new to this forum and trying to implement a custom Twitter feed module in Joomla CMS. Unfortunately, the plugin that I am using needs consumer key, consumer secret, access token, access token secret in order to get configured. Can you please advise how I may get this information for my account? Is there a way I can achieve the same task by using custom html?

You can get these values by creating a new Twitter app on apps.twitter.com
