How to update statues of other users?

I want to post a tweet on userpage but I do not know how to update the statues of the account user of the userpage since
TwitterControl.getTwitter().updateStatuses(postTweet.getText()); get only update with the one’s own statuses.Thus is there any way to update statues of other’s users on userpage?

I have the same issue, I can send tweet to my own account through the statuses/update API but can’t send the tweet to others account. Thanks in advance
