How to set twitter button to share POST URL, not BLOG URL on Blogger?

I am trying to set the “tweet this” button on the posts of my blog but when the blog home page is open - and not the post page -, the share button shares the URL of the whole blog and not the post’s.

How can I set it to share the post url instead, even when the blog - and not the post - page is open?

Sorry for the painful explanation of my problem, but it gets quite though for someone who is not a professional web designer/developer.

Add data-url=“your-full-post-page-url-here” to the tag of your button to specify your post’s URL.
