How to search for twitter profiles related to particular comapny and its brands?

I am interested in collecting data related to a company and its brands. For example it we take Hilton hotels and its brands
Twitter users/search is showing many results which are not related to hilton also like paris hilton. Is there any chance to collect all the screen names related to twitter using REST API?
