How to report/flag a tweet through the REST API?

I am using the REST API and need to be able to flag/report a tweet as sensitive/etc. How can I do this?

There is no public REST API to do this at the current time - only the option to report a user for spam.

Thanks for your response. Can you tell me what that option is to report user?

The reason I am asking about flagging a tweet is that my iOS app can’t be approved until it provides an ability for the user to flag a tweet as inappropriate. Is there any other way that I can report a single tweet? For example, I searched for a url that could be called with the tweet number directly to the twitter website, but did not find any.
