I have applied to developer account more than a year ago, and I found the response from Twitter is lost in SPAM filter.
Recently I had realized that and I tried to repry the email but responded “You tried to update a case that has been closed.”

My application status on the developer portal is still “Application Under Review.”
But there is no way to continue the application.
How can I re-apply or continue my application?

It seems that is still active.

In any rate, it is impossible to apply if there is pending application in review though.
