How to post tweets from my website

Hello All,

I have developed a website in codeigniter framework of PHP.

The users on my site post comments on the topics, I want these comments to be sent as tweets to their accounts.
How to do this??

I had wanted to check on the website itself, but it didn’t work. the comment is therefore more than an abstract. Php basically is an aspect of joining blanks in a website, especially with regards to images. It rather become monotonous when dealing with large volumes of data.

there are no images just few lines of text can I tweet them from my website??
