As (17) Twitter Dev on Twitter: “Starting February 9, we will no longer support free access to the Twitter API, both v2 and v1.1. A paid basic tier will be available instead 
” / Twitter said, V2 API no longer free after Feb. 9th.
I have an elevated developer account and my questions are:
Is V2 API won’t be available then if I don’t pay?
What’s the plan for using V2 API?
Where to add payment method?
