How to only allow application to authorize READ TWEETS FROM YOUR TIMELINE

how do I adjust authorization permission level for my app so my application only ask you to permit
"Post Tweets for you"?
right now my app ask users permit the following.

•Read Tweets from your timeline.
•See who you follow, and follow new people.
•Update your profile.

It is not possible to declare such fine-grained permissions as this with the API. In order to have write permissions, you must also require read permissions.

My app requires Apps to post something.
I turned on Read/Write from app setting.
now it opens up permission …the following which I didn’t intend to open up.

•Read Tweets from your timeline.
•See who you follow, and follow new people.
•Update your profile.
•Post Tweets for you.
