I’m new in twitter API, i want to try to pull data from my ads using API, can i do that? I have read document but i hard to understand it, i will use .Net to create this api call by the way. can someone tutor me how to use api call?

I have another question, i try to make a call API like example request in GET oauth/authenticate there are an example request like https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authenticate?oauth_token=Z6eEdO8MOmk394WozF5oKyuAv855l4Mlqo7hhlSLik, my question is how i can get oauth_token? i have create my app but there is no name with oauth_token
