How to link to a retweet? (i.e. no redirect to original tweet)

Hello,

When I receive a retweet from the API, the link to it appears to automatically redirect to the original tweet.

For example, the retweet of 3.38am, 7 Dec 2017 of this user:
https://twitter.com/Royals_online
(retweeting HeadwaySuffolk, “We have sent our congratulations to … etc. etc.”)
has tweet id: 938809090469515265

If I then go to: https://twitter.com/Royals_online/status/938809090469515265
it redirects to the original tweet.

Is there any way to link to the page of the retweeter, “Royals_online”, showing the retweet?
