How to know the status of review of developer account apllication?

I applied developer account on Jul 29th.
I received e-mail of some questions on Aug 14th.
I replied on Aug 19th.
I haven’t recieve response since then.

I requested post access elevation on Oct 23rd and approved on Oct 24th.

But no response about developer account application.
How do I know the status?
