How to increase rate limit for a rest API per 15min window

Hello Team,

Is it possible to increase the rate limit for the rest API v1.1. The current rate limit is 180 requests per user or application. I have a windows application, where it requests twitter some 500 requests. I would like to know how to increase the rate limit for this kind of issue.
Can you please help on this.
