Ryan hi. My blog has been approved to show Summary Cards and i can see them in some older tweets but there is no card in my first blog post after the approval. Thoughts?

It was probably because the old version of your page was cached on the servers. In the validator in entered the t.co URL copied from your tweet, waited a few minutes and your tweet now displays a card.

The Card now appears when that URL is tweeted.
That said, the image doesn’t appear. You may want to check your robots.txt:

(and use an image that isn’t from placekitten: http://placekitten.com/250/250)
If you want to use “summery” or “summary large image” twitter card for blogger I recommend this solution. http://www.techinfoknow.com/2014/03/twitter-card-blogger.html This works on multi author blogger blogs too.
