How to get user email from whitelisted app?

oauth

#1

My app is whitelisted and have the permission to request user’s email address , but on a
Twitter Auth Page, the email isn’t in the “This application will be
able” section. What can I do ?

#2

Have you regenerated the app keys since enabling the new access? The existing tokens will carry the previous permissions.

Have you added privacy policy etc URLs to your app on apps.twitter.com?

Have you also gone through the authorisation flow and confirmed that you don’t have access to the email information?

#3

Yes, i have regenerated the app keys , added privacy policy URL in the app settings and checked that the email permission is enabled .
I still have the same issue

#4

What’s the outcome if the user authenticates in your app - are you able to use the verify_credentials endpoint to retrieve an email address, or not?

#5

No i can’t use the verify_credentials endpoint with " ?include_email=true" it return error .
