I was wondering if there is anyway to get TOP 10 hashtags based on Location (Lat,Long) and if radius is specified?

You can use https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/get/trends/place for this but it will return trends rather than just hashtags.

So I should be using “Yahoo! Where On Earth ID” in order to make this work?
