How to get replies on Mentions

Hi There,

I am a developer and working on an application where we are sending tweets by mentioning to my page in twitter. Now the thing is I want this process to be real time for replies and whenever a new reply is posted on my mentioned tweet I need to get those replies and show those in my application.
Is there any API or Hook or Stream available in to get this?
