is there a way to get tweet count of a user with out effecting the rate limit? I’ve found couple of endpoints

  1. tweet count but this is restricted to academic research
  2. tweet timeline (but this has 2 limitations)
    1. can get up to 3200
    2. effect the tweet cap.

Is there a way to get just the sent by user by day for the past year?
