Every other provider we have been working with (Google+, LinkedIn, Windows Live, Facebook, Yahoo, AOL, and a few more) passes email addresses on to the app that is signing in.
It is a shame but we will have to remove twitter from the available options. After all, it is ridiculous to expect that the user (after signing in with Twitter) will also want to again provide their email address: they’ve already done so in signing in!
