Also, I don’t have a demo video, as the app is still in development.
Is this a requirement for xAuth specifically, or for the email whitelist?

It seems that the request gets blocked automatically and never reaches Twitter Platform Operations

Please use the last option on the support.twitter.com/forms/platform page and explain that you would like your app to be whitelisted for access to email address.

Hello,

I got the access to the twitter user’s email, but even though I am querying the verify_credentials method with include_email=true parameter, I get ALL the information back from the user except the email.

Could you point me to the right direction?

Is that the case with every user you try?

If the user doesn’t have a verified email address, you would get nothing back in that field.

Have you regenerated your keys since changing the permissions to allow access to email? Have you added your privacy policy etc?

We have sent the request for white listening last Friday. In your experience, how long does it take to get the official approval?

It can vary - there was a Thanksgiving holiday this past week so there may be some delays.
