We’ve heard that the devs are all very busy with numerous tasks/projects - this is understandable - most of us work on many things at once, we all manage tasks and projects that run concurrently.
But since this is already implemented, why not get the docs up, so you can tick this task as “done”. The developers using the API (non-fabric), can finally implement this already available function, and we can all move on from this and start using Twitter, like we’ve used Facebook and Google for years already. The documentation on adding an email field can’t be that involved, or that complicated - if it is, then maybe it is worth looking into it again to see why that is and fix it.
Take the time that you would use in replying on why the docs are not available, and use it to write the actual doc entry. Waiting 3 years for a task to be realised, quite frankly, is too much.
We’re all under pressure at times to get all the awesome things to see the light, we understand this - but any progress on this would certainly be greatly appreciated by the developer community.
