How to get an app unblocked?

#1

Hi I’m getting 403 errors since last week and just couldn’t figure out how to get out of it. THis is what I see in the responses:

{‘status’: ‘403’, ‘content-length’: ‘68’, ‘x-xss-protection’: ‘1; mode=block’, ‘x-transaction’: ‘af17cb85e99f9cd7’, ‘set-cookie’: ‘lang=en, guest_id=v1%3A138351172024176187; Domain=.twitter.com; Path=/; Expires=Tue, 03-Nov-2015 20:48:40 UTC’, ‘expires’: ‘Tue, 31 Mar 1981 05:00:00 GMT’, ‘x-access-level’: ‘read-write’, ‘server’: ‘tfe’, ‘last-modified’: ‘Sun, 03 Nov 2013 20:48:40 GMT’, ‘-content-encoding’: ‘gzip’, ‘pragma’: ‘no-cache’, ‘cache-control’: ‘no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate, pre-check=0, post-check=0’, ‘date’: ‘Sun, 03 Nov 2013 20:48:40 GMT’, ‘x-frame-options’: ‘SAMEORIGIN’, ‘content-type’: ‘application/json;charset=utf-8’}

I wasn’t even sure which limits I’ve exceeded. Is it possible to know that so I can make sure I don’t exceed next time ? And of course how to reset my limits so I can start using the APIs ?

cheers,
Praveen

What’s the message you’re actually getting in the response (you might need to look at the request object deeper)? A HTTP 403 typically doesn’t mean you’re being blocked by our service. What api method are you trying to use?
