How to get all tweet from an user's page

Hi all,

Can anyone help me how to how to get all tweet from an user’s page (including posts from this user and posts from friend of this user)?
I used user_timeline but i only get tweet that posted by user.

For example: I and A can post tweet to page of B, i can get all tweet of B in B’s page by using user_timeline, but can’t get tweet of A in B’s page.
Please help me to get tweet of A in B’s page
