How to get all replies to a tweet?

Hi, is there a way to get/download all replies to a specific tweet?

I need to get the whole discussion, also the replies to replies.

Hi, I’m using this API to get tweets by a scren name: https://api.twitter.com/1.1/statuses/user_timeline.json?screen_name=myscreenname&count=200

Issue is that, i’m not getting since_id and max_id in response while i’m getting result of 200 set
