Our application needs access to the whole twitter feed, so we decided to use GET statuses/firehose, however it refuses access. As I read, you might need special permit. How is it possible to get it?
It’s not generally possible to obtain access. If completeness is something you’re after, you may want to look at a certified partner provider of Twitter data such as Gnip or Datasift.
